  By making a reservation through this hotel, guests are deemed to have agreed to and accepted all operational guidelines published by this establishment.
  
  Room Pricing

  • All prices are based on rates published by Bei Fu Men Inn (Bei Fu Men Co., Ltd.), inclusive of room rates, surcharges, and service fees. Please carefully verify the price before confirming payment to protect both parties' interests.
  • During peak seasons such as consecutive public holidays, special festivals, and major exhibitions, room rates may exceed the hotel's standard published prices. Once a reservation is confirmed and payment completed for specified dates, requests to change check-in dates or refund price differences will not be accepted. Please take careful note to ensure your rights are protected.

  Reservation & Payment Policy

  • After making a same-day reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount must be transferred within three days. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon check-in. Failure to do so will result in the reservation being considered void and the room released.
  • Check-in time: From 4:00 PM | Check-out time: By 11:00 AM
  • Room rates and inclusions are subject to change without prior notice (prices valid through end of February 2019).
  • All rooms are priced as available. A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit via bank transfer. Once an order is placed, it will be held for two days (including the booking date). If payment is not received within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled. After transferring, please proactively contact our reservations staff with your: check-in date, name of the booking guest, last 5 digits of the account number, and transfer amount.
  • Payment must be made in cash or via advance bank transfer. Credit card payments are currently unavailable.
  • Guests must present a valid government-issued ID (or passport) upon check-in. Please ensure the information provided matches the actual occupants. The hotel reserves the right to collect any price difference or request full payment on the spot for any discrepancies; guests are solely responsible for any resulting costs.
  • Guest rights and obligations are governed by the hotel's accommodation policy. Any requests to modify the terms stated therein after check-in are subject to the hotel's approval; any resulting cost adjustments are the guest's responsibility.
  • Check-in is accepted from 4:00 PM onwards. Any changes to accommodation conditions arising from a guest's failure to notify the hotel of a delayed check-in are the sole responsibility of the guest.
  • Standard check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests requiring a late check-out should confirm with the front desk upon arrival. Late check-out may incur additional room charges.
  • Pets are not permitted on the premises in order to maintain the quality of stay for all guests.
  • In accordance with tobacco control regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. Violations will result in a cleaning fee of NTD 3,000.
